Job purpose
To plan and carry out account management so as to build or/and maintain strong relationship as well as develop sales opportunity from CMG’s major accounts and target customers, in accordance with proposed and agreed business plans.

Responsibilities:

• To perform product/solution development activities.
• To develop module specifications during product/solution development life cycle.
• To participate in unit and system testing during product/solution development life cycle.
• To provide post-development product support and develop appropriate bug fixes.
• To produce product documentation and user manual.
• To conduct the Transfer of Technology (TOT) on finished products to the technical support team.
• To conduct product training and/or workshop when required.
• To have interest in technologies research & development.
• To guide a team of juniors developers in coding, testing, debugging programming assignment.
• To ensure the quality and efficiency of the programming assignment.
• To provide supervisory support and problem resolution: To contribute significantly to the development design of Internet applications.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in – Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/Information Technology) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Support the entire Android application life cycle (concept, design, test, release and support)

• – HTML, JavaScript
• – PHP
• – Rich Internet Application (RIA) in Java, Spring and Hibernate. Strong knowledge in J2EE, Messaging and Enterprise application with Tomcat
• – Web 2.0, XML, Wiki, AJAX, CSS, RSS
• – Linux shell scripting
• – MySQL, PostgreSQL database.
• Knowledge in semantic knowledgebase – RDF Triple Stores, OWL, RDFS, SPARQL would be an advantage.
• Knowledge in OpenOffice, Tomcat, JQuery, Apache web servers, Moodle, CakePHP and any others OSS technologies will be a strong advantage.

• Participate in all phases of the development process from technical design to quality assurance including designing screen layouts, database structure, coding and testing of program modules.

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Management Office for computerization of system integration and implementation project execution
• Leading a team of product implementer, system engineer and technical engineer for nationwide on-site implementation activities
• Responsible for overall planning, site management, site project operations and site progress monitoring
• Organizing and allocation resources for multiple concurrent site implementation activities
• Management and implementation of projects on time and on budget
• Preparation and reviewing of work activities and schedule with client
• Responsible to attend and lead in all official correspondence, meeting and discussion with clients and relevant authorities for site operations
• Preparation and review of project progress report for management and client update
• Implementation and monitor quality plan on site

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology or its equivalent
• 8 years and above of working experience in the related IT project implementation field
• Knowledge in Information Technology, facility computerization, data migration, user training and system application rollout work is preferred
• Able to work independently
• Good team player spirit with strong leadership capability
• Mobile and willing to travel for overseas project implementation
• Able to work under pressure, dynamic and results oriented
• Highly energetic and enthusiastic with ability to meet stringent deadlines
• Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred
