Joined the Board on 1 July 1978 and has been the Chairman of CMG since 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from the University of Malaya, Singapore, a Certificate in Public Administration from the Royal Institute of Public Administration, London and has attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is also a member on the Board of Trustees of the Tan Sri Lee Loy Seng Foundation and CMG.
