Responsibilities

  • Support the Training & Certification Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct pre-sales presentations and demonstrations for enterprise learning solutions.
  • Architect end-to-end learning solutions for clients and drive pursuit process to deal closure.
  • Develop proposal strategy, customer requirements, competitive assessments, core solution design, discriminators, price to win, and key win themes
  • Contribute to the creation of sales, go-to-market, and website content to promote services and solutions
  • Lead delivery projects involving: courseware design and development; system implementation; project status reports and communication; etc
  • Strong interest in business and meeting people, able to work with any level of people inclusive of customer, as well as business partner.

Requirements

  • Preferably at least a diploma or degree in Information, Communication Technology (ICT) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years in software development
  • Demonstrated knowledge base in the following areas;
  • Use of Open Source Software tools such as Linux, MySQL, Apache web server.
  • Development using PHP and Java programming language.
  • Use of SQL to manipulate RDBMS.
  • Virtualisation technology on Linux
  • Setup and configuration of Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS) such as Moodle, mobile learning and media streaming solutions.
  • Process mapping, design specification, system configuration and custom reporting.
  • Training analysis, instructional design & storyboarding will be an advantage.
  • ICT strategies.
  • ICT networking.
  • 1.Have excellent communication, verbal presentation and negotiation skills.
  • 2.Customer-driven, independent and results-oriented.
  • 3.Possess own transport.
  • 4.Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • 5.Fresh graduates with right attitude who have interest to develop software development as a career are encouraged to apply.
