Responsibilities
- To provide technical support and administration to all IT Hardware, system software, database and networking on client site
- To conduct periodic preventive maintenance on client site
- To implement IT related development programs.
- To troubleshoot and ensure prompt resolution of breakdowns.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess minimum Advance Diploma in Computer Studies / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of working experience
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic - committed, accountable and responsible
- Candidate must have sufficient working knowledge on PC/Server Hardware, Windows and Linux System Administration, MySQL, Firewalls, VPN and Routers
- Candidate must be willing to work extended hour, weekend, public holiday and rotating shifts
- Must be hardworking, flexible and willing to perform tasks on ad hoc basis Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse range of people with varying levels of technical understanding
