Our managed Support and Maintenance Services include provisioning of toll-free hotline Helpdesk services. CMG also provides servers, desktops, peripherals, system and application software, and network infrastructure support and maintenance, on- and and off-site, available with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or on ad-hoc basis. Our IT support services are compliant with ITIL processes based on most stringent customer support procedures aligned to international service standards and certified by ISO 20000 and ISO 9001:2008. Internally, we have our incident management online ticketing system to assist the technical support team to ensure fast and prompt response to any reported issues.
